What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating New Business: Identify sales opportunities in your territory, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into customers.
  • Consulting with Clients: Provide expert guidance to homeowners on roofing needs, insurance claims, and material options.
  • Closing Deals: Present customized solutions and close contracts that deliver long-term value.
  • Managing Your Pipeline: Track leads, follow up consistently, and keep organized using our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with operations, marketing, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Exceeding Expectations: Meet and surpass monthly sales goals while delivering top-tier service to every client.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A proven track record in sales or business development (roofing or home improvement preferred, but not required).
  • A competitive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals.
  • Strong communication skillsyou know how to listen, connect, and present with confidence.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay organized.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Experience working in roofing, construction, or a commission-based industry is a plus.

Compensation & Perks

  • Full-Time Position
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000+
  • Uncapped Commission: Base commission of 10% on all sales, plus up to 2% bonus for self-generated leads.
  • $500 Weekly Training Stipend during your first 10 weeks to support your ramp-up.
  • Performance Bonuses: Earn an additional .05% commission for sales over $210K/month.
